Valuation of the developer's condition is possible after sending:

Ground surveys of the site of the planned investment (in order to determine the costs of the construction of the foundation slab and related earthworks).
Plans of internal installations (ventilation, water and sewage, electricity and central heating) – it is acceptable to send a description in the absence of documentation.
Please include as many details as possible related to the inquiry for the valuation of the developer's condition of the house or plot and enter them in the comment field: This will make it easier for us to present the offer and narrow down the material specification – thanks to this, the presented offer will be more clear in terms of the requirements and tailored to your needs.
