In today’s world, when societies place more and more emphasis on the need to protect the environment and reduce the pollution of our surroundings, an extremely important element is our immediate ecosystem – where we eat, sleep, spend our life – this ecosystem is our home! Therefore, when we are looking for modern construction technologies, the technology of heavy wooden prefabricated elements in the TFH system is becoming an increasingly common and obvious choice. It is the best solution for a modern investor, which combines not only the proximity of nature or benefits for the wallet, but is also a place for the integration of the latest technology systems such as controlled ventilation, modern heating systems or excellent thermal insulation.
Prefabricated wooden houses came to Polish at the end of the 80’s – so it is a relatively young technology of erecting houses in our country compared to brick ones. The sentence ‘prefabricated’ is associated with concrete slabs used in the production of blocks of flats in the 80’s and 90’s, while a prefabricated house in a wooden frame is quite often associated with the so-called “Canadian” buildings. Although both technologies are based on the use of wood as a raw material for production, they are heterogeneous and diametrically differ both in the production process itself and in technological conditions and the most important design areas.
The construction of houses in prefabricated wooden technology is widely developed and perceived in Scandinavian countries as well as in our western neighbors as the most profitable. Prefabricated wooden houses are ready-made elements of the house, its structure is – (internal and external walls) roof and ceilings made in wooden technology. Prefabricated elements are manufactured by qualified employees in our factory on modern machinery and CNC machines, from where finished elements, including openings and installed windows or installations, are transported to the construction site and laid on site using a crane. The assembly of the building, depending on the shape, is completed in about 1-5 days, on the first day we can enjoy how our dream building is built at a rapid pace.
Houses must be able to adapt to changes in the lives of their residents, and this is also the case with buildings erected by our company. This is made possible by the relatively low weight and modular structure of the wooden houses – the reconstruction of the attic, the addition of another floor, the removal of a wall or just the modernization can be carried out quickly, simply and practically. Timber structures offered by Tadeks Fertig Haus reduce the time of work during expansion, they can be delivered even to places with limited access. Heavy wooden prefabricated elements are created in accordance with the applicable standards and principles of the Polish construction law. Nevertheless, after the use of additional insulation (which is offered by our company as standard) and technological solutions, it is possible to erect buildings in a wooden structure with a low (passive) or even zero energy balance in a quite practical way.
In the prefabricated wooden technology, the word “SOLID” takes on a new meaning – unprecedented on the construction market in Poland. It is not only related to durability, but also to quality, precision and high energy efficiency. The elements of the house are prepared in a dry and warm factory, without contact with adverse weather conditions – this allows us to focus on the precise execution of walls and elements, which is a key issue for us.
`At Tadeks Fertig Haus – we feel the need to produce houses that reflect our vision and passion for highly energy-efficient construction, and because we approach each order individually and make it by hand, we treat it as our masterpiece of which we are proud!!.
